Harbor Balloons is dedicated to making your event unique with gorgeous balloons. Our prices are based per foot (not linear) and/or per the amount of supplies & time. While we understand some may seem expensive, please keep in mind all that goes into planning your decor. Our quality communication and service is important to us, and it's our mission to bring a smile to your face through fun balloon designs!

Organic Garlands: $21 per foot
Garlands include 3-4 sizes of balloons and can be attached to any wall, window, post, etc. using 3M command hooks.
We will first search for a natural attachment point before using hooks.
Garlands ranging from 4'-9' are available as a grab n' go. Garlands that are 10 feet and longer must be delivered and installed.

Organic arches are SHOWSTOPPING. They can be built on a frame of ours or attached to a wall. Please note the use of a frame is subject to a tear down fee.

Half Hoop - $320
This is the most popular frame setup around, and I get it - it's gorgeous! A half hoop includes a 6ft gold hoop covered halfway with balloons using 3-4 different sizes. Standard half hoop includes 18ft of balloons but feel free to add more for fullness. The bigger the better!
Mini Stacks - $45 each
Need a little something to show off a birthday? Mini stacks are becoming quite popular, as they're full of color and don't take up too much space. They stand about 4 feet tall and include numbers or letters on top. One number/letter per mini stack.
4ft Mosaic - $140
The Oh-So popular mosaics come in all numbers, letters, and various shapes to impress your guests!

Sailboard Arch Rental - $100
Our sailboard arch stands 6ft tall and is a prop rental.
We will paint the sailboard to your color of choice and can include balloons, custom vinyl phrases, and other decor as an add-on.

Arch Bundle Rental - $150
Looking for a unique sailboard backdrop? Pair our 6ft arch with our 4ft ripple open arch and have your garland trailing down the sailboard and through the ripple arch. Sounds silly but just check out the photo. Gorgeous, huh?!
